There was a time when my readers complained that I rarely review any lipstick on my blog. Now days they say that I am going mad over lipsticks. Yes! my addiction for lipsticks is increasing day by day & I am buying them like an insane. I am again reviewing a lipstick and this time it is Sugar Cosmetics Matte As Hell (Holly Golightly) Crayon Lipstick.

Directions for use: Apply the crayon lipstick just the way you would it with any other lipstick.
Packaging: This crayon comes in a graffiti art type print packaging as all other sugar cosmetics products; which looks super classy. It is a sharp-enable lip crayon so it has to be sharpened on regular intervals. The package consists of a sharpener which is included with each crayon. Packaging of this lipstick reminds me of Lakme Kajal, the one I used in my college days. At the end of the crayon there is a color band which gives you idea of the shade.The Sad part is that in case of a sharp-enable crayon or pencil there is wastage of the product.
My opinion about this product: It is a nu*e shade with peach undertone. I can say it is perfect daily wear shade for day time. Initially I thought it may wash me out but I was wrong as it looked pretty on me. It has no fragrance, which could be a good or bad quality depending on individual using it. This lipstick is extremely buttery and glides very smoothly on lips. It is highly pigmented and two swipes are enough to get required opaque finish.
The formula is not all drying and stays for 3 to 4 hours (depending upon meals) & after that leaves behind a beautiful stain. It does transfer a bit but no bleeding or feathering at all. Sometimes I find it accentuating my fine lines so I always exfoliate my lips before wearing this lip shade. It does not transfer so stays a bit longer as compared to other lip crayons (which I have). Even if you have reapply it, just a quick swipe will be enough to reinstate the color.
What I like about this product….
1. Nice shade.
2. Decently pigmented.
3. Glides very smoothly on lips.
4. Leaves behind a beautiful peachy stain
5. Very attractive & travel friendly packaging.
What I do not like about this product….
1. Pricey.
2. Difficult to find in local stores.
3. Wastage of product on sharpening the crayon.
