Translucent powder! Sounds interesting huh! Then I will make it more interesting by saying best budget translucent powder. Now it sounds alluring. When it comes to professional make-up products but have to stay in budget, I only rely on few brands, Miss Claire is one of them. We all know them from their Soft Matte lip Creams and I have their eye shadow singles and blusher too. When Anjali told me to write as Guest author on her blog, I instantly selected some Miss Claire products, because she has huge followers who are mainly collage goers. So Miss Claire would be the best option for them. Generally I use this translucent power to set my under eye concealer and also bake my face and this works pro on that. So let’s get down for detailed review.

Packaging: The power comes in a plastic tub with mirror chrome lid. The brand name clearly is shown on it. It also has a tray separator with small hole inside, which helps in getting right amount of product on the applicator. It comes with its own applicator puff as well. The lid closes on tightly making it safe to carry in your hand bag.

My opinion about the product: The power has silky soft texture and light beige in color with no shimmer or sheen. It feels smooth and velvety and blends effortlessly into the skin. It gives a flawless base to work on. It barely adds any color, hence it is perfect in setting under eye concealer and foundation. It also works wonder as a baking powder and gives striking result every time. It doesn’t make me look powdery or chalky rather than adds a healthy sheen to my skin without making it looks oily or shiny. It stays on me for 4-5 hours and after that it needs some touch ups. The only thing that I dislike is its availability.
