In today’s post I am going to review a yummilicious product by brand Skin Café. No! No! This post is not about food. It is about Red Velvet Cake Lip Tint Balm by Skin Café. I don’t know why but whenever I take name of this brand or products, I feel like to eat something. Ha ha.. Joke apart it is a premium care brand which deals in range of lip butters, lip scrubs & lip balms.
The texture is of a soft, easily spreadable balm. Enriched with dollops of cocoa butter and shea butter, it simply oozes over your lips and leave your lips moist yet not sticky.
The color is a bold red – a royal, no holds barred red.

Packaging: The lip balm comes in a clear, round & thick glass jar which has a black colored screw cap. This jar is packed in a classy cardboard box. On the top of the cardboard box you can see the name of the brand along with a picture of a muffin. I know the jar packaging is bit unhygienic to use but believe me overall packaging is so beautiful that you will definitely going to love it.
My opinion about the product: This balm is reddish in color has a very creamy texture. Ah ha! It does feels like gliding your fingers on a butter cube. It has mild vanilla flavor fragrance & doesn’t have any taste.
All the products supplied by this brand are custom manufactured for the customers. It means that you would receive absolutely fresh products. They have a varied range of products, so you can choose according to your need. The one noticeable thing about this brand is that its products have very less shelf life i.e it means they are preservative free and hypo-allergenic as well.
I am a lover of red lipsticks so I also use lip balm as a top coat on lipstick to provide glossy look to my lips. The hydrating power and staying power of the lip balm is good. It stays approx 3-4 hours in case of light meals and then you need to re-apply it.
