Finally summers are on! I was wondering while writing this post that the Sun is scorching outside, with the amount of heat now, what be in May or June. In today’s post, I would be talking about a must have product in summers. Yes! It is none other than wide spectrum Sun screen lotion. These days I am using Aaranyaa Sun Block Lotion and will be sharing my experience with this product.

Directions for use: Apply the lotion on the face and other sun-exposed areas. Massage gently on to the skin for 2-3 minutes so that it gets absorbed fully. It should be applied at least 15 to 20 minutes before going out in the sun. If the body remains exposed to sun continuously, it should be re-applied after 3-4 hours. It should also be applied after swimming or excessive sweating.
Packaging: This lotion comes in an orange & white colored squeeze tube white has a white colored flip top cap. All the required details like ingredient list, benefits, direction of use, manufacturing details etc are provided at the back of the tube. The packaging is simple but cute. There is no chance of spillage, so you can easily carry it in your bag or purse.
My opinion about this product: No need to tell that a Sun screen lotion is one of the most important items in a girl’s vanity. This lotion is white in color and has a very decent consistency. It is neither too thick nor too runny, so pretty easy to apply on skin.
I have noticed a peculiar thing that all the products of this brand have a unique fragrance which is not at all overpowering. This lotion easily gets absorbed into the skin and does not leave behind any white cast. I have oily skin and most of the Sun screen makes my face sweat like hell post application. But I do not face the same problem with this lotion. I usually apply this lotion 30 minutes prior stepping outside.
It doesn’t leave any oily or greasy effect post application which is of course a boon for people like me with oily skin. It also provides moisture to the skin so it is also going suit people with dry skin. So overall it is suitable for all skin types.
No doubt that there is no product which can provide 100% protection from Sun rays in summers. But this lotion lives up to the expectation of covering UV protection to a great extent. You will definitely not regret spending your money on it.
