When we heard about a new restaurant in our town and that also near our home, so it was quite obvious that we will pay a visit there. We made a plan to dine there on Saturday night. This place is only 2 minutes from my house, either by bike or car.
This restaurant “The Forest” is a unit of Singh’s Dining and Café. The name of this restaurant gave me a thought that this restaurant would have interior based on forest theme. Yes, I was right. The restaurant had a forest theme based interior which was done with the help of artificial plants.
Artificial plants, beautiful dining table, upside hanging coffee mugs with a life size LED made the ambience mesmerizing. I am in love with the interior of this place. They have lots of options in their menu. Out of which we ordered Dal fry, Veg kofta, Paneer-do- pyaza and cahapti.
While we were waiting for our food, a waiter served us some pappad and said that this is complementary. Me and my dad started eating it by dipping them in green chutney. Rest of the family was laughing on our act. Lol.. Sometimes small acts give you such pleasures.
Finally our food was served, that also before our expected time. The food served was finger licking tasty. We even not left single drop in the dishes. he he he.. I am very much impressed with the ambience, food and services. After licking our fingers (lol) we asked for our bill and were startled after seeing the amount. We never expected this low amount for so good quality food and service.
Overall it is an awesome place where I would like to dine again and again.
