I don’t know myself from how long I am huge fan of Korean movies. My love for these movies is so strong that, till date I have not left even one movie without watching. But the mistake is of Korean directors, they make such small number of movies in a year (Lol). My mom sometimes says that may be in my last life, I was born as a Korean (Waise unki baat mein dum hai).
If we talk about romantic movies, then would say that these movies are mostly sad romantic i.e they usually have sad endings. And it forces me to cry hard (he he he). Korean actors and actresses are so cute that anybody can fall in love with them at first sight. And I fell in love with Hyun Bin
(A millionaire first love’s actor). I was wondering when he will propose me?
In this post I decided to share my list of top 5 Korean romantic movies which you should definitely watch this monsoon. I am 100% sure these movies will make you fall in love
♥♥ and if you are already in love then they will make you fall in love
♥♥ again.
1. A Millionaire's First Love
This movie focuses on the boy's (Kang Jae-kyung) struggle with a clause in his grandfather's will that says he will only get his inheritance if he graduates from a high school in the country. Relocated into the mountains, Kang Jae-kyung finds puppy love with a naive country girl Choi Eun-hwan. She is different from the other people living in the country and seems to have some kind of secret. To know her secret you have to watch the movie.
2. My Sassy Girl
There are lots of Awww moments in this movie. It is about a simple boy Kyun-woo who find himself intrigued by a girl (you will find it strange but this girl never named in the movie) and vows to do whatever he can do to heal her sorrow. The movie became a mega blockbuster across the whole Asia because of its sweet and salty story line.
3. Il mare

Sung-hyun, an architect, in 1997, inherits a sea side house from his departed father. Eun-Joo, a struggling voice-actor moves out of her seaside house. It is 1999 and she leaves behind a Christmas card for the newcomer. Sung-Hyun finds Christmas card from Eun-Joo and thinks of it as a joke and leaves a letter inside telling her that it is 1997, not 1999. After letter exchanges, they realize that they are separated by two years of time but can somehow communicate through the same mailbox and gradually begin a friendship through their letters.
4. A moment to remember
This movie is about a young couple, where girl is suffering from Alzheimers. Husband tries everything to help regain her memory, but Alzheimers is Alzheimers. It’s very painful to see guy struggling and breaking inside while watching his lovely wife forgets everything. This movie makes you cry and understand meaning of true love.
5. The classic
A girl Ji-hye has lived alone with her mom ever since her dad unexpectedly passed away. While her mom is on a trip abroad she starts to clean the attic to wipe away her solitude. There she finds a secret box which is filled with love letters that were written decades ago between her mom and her first-love. As she reads the letter the movie goes back to the past showing what happened between them
